What was the purpose of the larger flat sphere that was suspended above? Was it for just an additional reflective surface to play with the light off of or was there something else to it?

It was a light source, since to get light with vray, if you don't want to use actual lights, you have to use a bright color, kinda like a real life light, its just a bright(kinda hot though, lol) color that illuminates a room/area/etc.

I use a rather expensive(well atleast to me) screen recording software called Camtasia, there is another one that i've seen some people use called hypercam, though i've never used that one before. there should be demos of them on the company's website.

i installed vray for c4d a looong time but couldn't get it to work, kept getting a little gray box when clicked render. Ye the pic was bright lol I just did it real quick to show you what i meant, but why did u stop rendering the cars in vray though seems like you know the settings real good?

just took a lot of time to push the renders out, and when it came to sell the model, i'd have to convert it back to c4d materials, and it just became a hassle.

yeah from time to time, the best way to go is sell bundle sets, then also sell them individually, but make the bundle sets like 3/4's of the original combined pricing and what not. i've got like five models i've still gotta put up.

nicee...how much do you usually sell one car for?

somewhere between 20-40 USD, since i don't do interior and mesh is usually rather off, im not gonna bother doing it for high prices.

but most people do 60-80USD per car and if it has interior, its usually about 110-150USD. but just price it to how much you think it is worth, though you only get 50% of the cut, TS gets the other 50.
